Everybody I’ve talked to is rude. Why are you guys only open 4 days out of the week..? Tried rescheduling my court date 1 month out because I’m across the country for work and said there’s nothing they can do. Now I get why everybody has citation warrants for gp.

They need to hire workers who don’t hate their lives and what they chose to do for a living. The attitude of some of the clerks is insane. Everyone has a choice and it’s never too late to go back to school for a better job

I wouldn’t even give them a star. The electricity was off today, so court was canceled -the police officer informed me and my 75 year old mother that I had a flat tire, and advised us to call the number on the back of our license because they would come help. The lady I called said we don’t change tires, I figured and should have known better. The police office could have helped. Or could have at-least helped us get help or stayed with until help arrived but these days men like that don’t exist - especially law enforcement- disappointing! Why do we pay taxes, how is he serving the community with giving wrong information and no help!

I spoke with clerk Cindy about my citation and she could not have been more helpful. She was able to help me obtain more information on my situation and even called me back after taking my phone number. In my experience, a lot of people say they will call you back but not many do - so I really appreciated her professionalism and help.

Horrible officers and staff. I definitely hate this department an believe it should be closed down immediately. Got pulled over for no insurance at the gas station I was pumping gas to head home with my toddler in the car. Instead of receiving a simple ticket was arrested and my car was towed had to wait till my family member came to get my toddler what horrible thing to experience. I was told by the officer they had the right to arrest me for ticket instead of writing me ticket an letting me leave. The janky part is the ticket the officer gave me was not the ticket they told me they would give me and what makes it more horrible I asked why did they change the ticket to something else and the cop had the nerve to laugh. Saying β€œMore money for me” the worst department I have ever encountered. I’m in process of getting the ticket dismissed I’ve heard of crooked cops but the whole department is crooked.
